Do I need to know exactly what support I need?
No. Most people come to us knowing they're overwhelmed but not sure what to hand over first. On your free discovery call we'll work out together where support would make the biggest difference, then put it all in a simple, jargon-free proposal. No homework required.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No long contracts. All Bloom packages are rolling monthly retainers with 30 days' notice, so you're never locked in. We'd rather keep you because the support works, not because of the small print.
Will I always work with the same person?
Yes, you'll have one dedicated specialist who gets to know you and your business properly. Behind them is the wider Bloom team, led by Charley, so there's cover for holidays and specialist help on tap when you need it. Consistency without the single point of failure.
What tools do you use?
We work in whatever you already use, whether that's Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, Asana, Xero or your CRM. There's no need to switch systems to work with us. And if your tools are part of the problem, we can help tidy them up or set up something simpler.
I'm neurodivergent, overwhelmed or not very organised. Is that okay?
More than okay. Bloom was built with neurodivergent business owners in mind. We adapt to the way you think and communicate, whether that's voice notes, quick messages or a weekly call. No judgement, no rigid frameworks, just calm, flexible support that meets you where you are.
How do you communicate?
However suits you best. Our clients use a mix of email, WhatsApp or Voxer voice notes, regular check-in calls and their own project tools like Asana, Notion or Slack. We'll agree the right setup during onboarding so you always know how to reach us and what's happening.
Can my support change over time?
Yes. Your business won't stand still, and your support shouldn't either. You can move between packages, add a one-off project or shift focus as your priorities change. We'll check in regularly to make sure your support still fits.
What if I'm nervous about handing things over?
That's really common, and it's why we take onboarding slowly. We start with the tasks you feel most comfortable sharing, keep you in the loop on everything and build trust before taking on more. You stay in control. We just take the weight.
