Calm, Clear Support - Step By Step.

Working with Bloom is designed to feel straightforward and supportive from the very beginning.

No pressure.
No overcomplicated onboarding.
No expectation that you have everything figured out.

Here’s how it works.

A wooden desk with a modern white table lamp, a small glass vase with purple flowers, a closed laptop, a notebook, and a pen, set against a beige background with curtains.

Step 1: A discovery Call

Once you have contacted us to enquire about a support package, we start with a free, no-obligation discovery call.

This is a chance to:

  • Talk through where your business is right now

  • Share what feels heavy or frustrating

  • Explore what kind of support would actually help

You don’t need a plan — just a sense that something needs to change.

Step 3: Onboarding (gently, at your pace)

Once we agree to move forward, we’ll guide you through onboarding.

This includes:

  • Access to the tools we need

  • A simple handover process

  • Setting expectations and communication preferences

We keep this as light and manageable as possible - especially if things already feel overwhelming.

Step 2: A tailored proposal

After our call, we’ll come back to you with a clear proposal.

This will outline:

  • The type of support we recommend

  • How many hours or level of input feels right

  • What working together would look like in practice

Everything is explained clearly, with space to ask questions or make adjustments.

Step 4: Ongoing support

From there, support begins.

We work quietly in the background to:

  • Take tasks off your plate

  • Bring structure and consistency

  • Keep things moving without constant input from you

We check in regularly, communicate clearly, and adapt as your business evolves.

Your Questions, Answered

  • Not at all. Many clients come to us knowing something isn’t working, but not what needs fixing first. We’ll help you figure that out together.

  • This depends on the type of support. Some work is project-based, while ongoing support is usually agreed on a rolling basis. We’ll always be clear about this upfront.

  • Yes - Charley oversees all client relationships and support. Depending on your needs, you may also work with one or more members of the Bloom team, always with clear communication and continuity.

  • We work with tools like ClickUp, Asana, Airtable, Monday, Kajabi, Notion, Google Workspace, the list goes on — but we adapt to what you already use wherever possible. The goal is ease, not change for the sake of it.

  • Absolutely. Many of our clients are. Bloom is built to support real humans, not “perfect” business owners.

We pride ourselves on our understanding of neurodivergence and what it means to truly support in the way that feels right to the individual.

  • We’ll agree on what works best for you — whether that’s email, shared documents, project tools, or scheduled check-ins. Clear, kind communication is a non-negotiable for us.

  • Yes. Businesses evolve, and support should evolve with them. We regularly review what’s working and adjust as needed.

  • That’s completely normal. We move at a pace that feels safe, build trust gradually, and make sure you always feel informed and in control.
